Our service and diagnostics fee get’s applied to your estimate to repair, giving you one price for the entire job. We take time to properly diagnose your appliance, so that you get the best in service. Accuracy is important in Appliance Diagnosis and Repair, and that takes time. Sometimes our customers research online their problem and find a variety of answers. However, the only way to give an accurate diagnosis – and repair only what is needed, we must first test your appliance. No one wants to buy parts for an appliance that isn’t needed, that is why we test your unit on-site, saving you money in the long run. That’s why we’re here, to give a customer an accurate diagnosis and industry standard repair for their appliance.
Any brands you don’t service? Yes, At this time we do not offer sealed system component replacements, R134a re-charge, nor do we provide repair for units still under manufacturer warranty. We don’t sell used appliances, parts to the general public, and we also do not offer bearing replacements on certain types of washing machines. The brands we service can be found on our home page, please look over our list to make sure that your brand is one that we service. Some makes & models we do not service, please call if you have any questions about your brand of appliance.
